Still steaming about that backdoor cover by the Colts. Peyton looked like he was in mid season form and Marvin Harrison seemed to get open and bail him out in a pinch but Eli choked.

Eli matched Peyton's play well throughout the game but when Peyton threw that INT the door was open and the Giants had an opportunity to take the lead. Then they get cute, Eli goes one way, Tiki goes the other way, ball loose, game over.

The Giants will be a force in the NFC this year and are built to win now. Oh so close yesterday.

Monday Night:

Vikings +4 (300 fazools)
Old QB vs. Older QB. The Vikings may not be as bad as everyone thinks. Look for them to surprise on Monday night and push the Skins to the limit. Numerous lead changes in this one coming down to a FG to decide the contest. Take the points.

Raiders +3 (300 fazools)
Aaron Brooks can be a dangerto his own team but Lamont Jordan is as solid as they come. The Charger run defense is stout but Lamont is sure handed as a receiver out of the backfield. The mobility of Brooks and the bruising running style of Lamont Jordan should keep the ball and the time of pocession in the home team's favor. Philip Rivers has not shown me anything to feel comfortable about laying points at Oakland. Take the home dog and WIN.
